The Fine Indian Cooking Class

I am excited and honoured to host Netanel (Nate) Massil who will demonstrate delicious authentic recipes from the traditional Indian kitchen.

Nate is a young Jewish “Mumbaiker”, with a passion for fine cooking.  He is a Bene Israeli who grew up in Mumbai , India and made his aliyah to Israel in 2011.

Missing his mother’s home-made vegetarian culinary delights, he decided to learn how to cook for himself. Who could be a better teacher than his own mother who taught him all the secrets of the authentic Indian kitchen as was passed down to her from her mother.

Apart from the  array of divine rich flavours, that Indian cuisine has to offer, given its influence from one of the most ancient medical traditions of the Ayerveda, it also offers a wealth of health benefits which I will talk about at this workshop.  This will be an intense 3 hour session packed with many recipes and lots of information.
